The Lakeland facility has been at 716 E. Bella Vista Street since 1967. This facility includes ten classrooms, therapy areas, Birth to Three early intervention room, and offices for support staff. This is Achievement Academy’s main location.

The Bartow facility, known as the Peacock Complex, opened in 1993. This building was originally Dr. William F. Peacock’s medical building. His widow, Mrs. Louise Peacock, graciously donated it to the Achievement Academy in 1992. Located at 695 E. Summerlin Street, this facility includes two classrooms, therapy areas, playgroup and parent rooms.

The Winter Haven facility, known as the McIntee Center, opened in 1999. This building was made possible through the generosity of Gloria and Bill McIntee. Their granddaughter, Christine Williams, was a former student of the Achievement Academy. Located at 2211 28th Street N.W., this facility includes two classrooms, therapy space, and a playgroup room.
